Hi,
I have the latest software updates on both my iPhone and my Mac, but I can't seem to get the handoff to work between the two. I have followed the guide and have handoff enabled on both the MacBook Air and the iPhone, but that still doesn't change anything.
Any tips to help me fix this?

Thanks for your response, I managed to fix one part of the handoff process. I am now trying to copy text from my Iphone and paste it to my mac and vice-a-versa, but that is where I get stuck.
Any tips/suggestions?

Just to double check, did you also verify that you have both devices set up correctly as shown in article, Use Handoff to continue tasks on your other devices?
We'd like to know, has this feature worked for you previously, or is this your first time setting it up for use? Since discovering the feature isn't working as it should, have you tried restarting both your iPhone and Mac? If you haven't, please give that a try.
Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
Let us know if there is any change after restarting your devices, and we'll go from there.

Thanks for following up. If you're not able to use handoff for all it's supposed to work with, you might try signing out of and back into your Apple ID account on each device. We do recommend before doing this, you backup both devices, and make sure you note the correct Apple ID and password. If that doesn't correct the issue, speaking with Apple Support may be your next step.
