Blur option missing in Macbook Air 2020 for Zoom Application 5.6.7

A friend has Macbook Air (Retina, 13-Inch 2020), 1.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i3, 8GB 37332MHz LPDDR4X,

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536. He is using Zoom application ( latest version - 5.6.7 - 1020) for video calls/ meeting, somehow the blur background option in the application seems to be missing.

Can someone please guide me if there is any way to blur the video feed? Is it because of the system hardware configuration that the blur option is not visible?
