Screentime Passcode Recovery

I have read other threads that describe how to recover from this problem. The instructions say to enter Apple ID and Password. But then it tells me that I have entered the wrong apple ID when I know that I have not because it's the same one that I enter from time to time for various tasks. So I have to repeat the process.

Reset Screentime Passcode Loop Has anyone received any answer to this problem? I am also stuck in the death loop of trying to reset my screentime passcode (which I have forgotten) and attempting to recover using my current and correct apple ID/PW which leads me back to the screentime passcode reset page. I was told you need to provide the apple ID/PW as it was when you created the screentime passcode but I don't have that old PW anymore since I use a PW manager which creates secure passwords and has since been updated with my current apple id password. Agh!

Forgot screentime password reset not working I can’t remember the screentime password I set up. I followed the directions to change password- then clicked forgot password- entered my Apple ID and password (which I know is correct) but it keeps kicking me back to the enter screen time password page and I’ve had more than 10 attempts so locked up for 60 min. How can I get help resetting screen time password ? Seems like I’m in a loop of entering Apple ID info but it not working to reset password.

Forgot my screentime passcode Having issues resetting my Screentime Passcode (i will use SP for short). I forgot my SP so i went to screentime and clicked "change my SP" and then clicked on "forgot SP" It asked for my apple ID and password which i provided and then it prompted me to create a new SP which I did. Then I tried to use my new SP to go into screentime settings but it rejected my new SP. So i tried again to change my SP by doing the "forgot SP" method but now after I imput my apple ID and password instead of prompting me to create a new SP it just takes me back to the imput SP page and it counts it as a "failed attempt" to enter my SP. what to do now?

Screen Time passcode reset

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Restore to Factory setting.
