MacBook Pro Trackpad Haptic Feedback & Force Click Not Working

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro (2019) and I have been using this for over a year without any significant problems.

Recently, my trackpad's haptic feedback and force click functions have stopped working. More specifically, they stop working for a couple of minutes and some time after, they start to function normally. Then they stop functioning again, and this cycle has been repeating many times.

I have tried everything that I could do including resetting SMC, NVRAM/PRAM, deleting plist files, reinstalling macOS and eventually factory resetting MacBook Pro, and nothing has worked so far (I also haven't got any Bluetooth mouse or keyboard or trackpad near me).

I also used Apple Diagnostics to suspect any hardware problems and the result came out with no issues.

I'm quite frustrated as I have no idea what to do to fix this problem because they sometimes work and sometimes don't. Is the only solution in this case going to the Apple Store and let them figure out what's wrong with my MacBook? Or is there something that I can do myself so that I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars trying to fix this issue?

Thank you.
