Do not have the dual SIM card tray in my iPhone 12 max PRO

Hi, I got an iPhone 12 max PRO from AT&T a few months ago, today I wanted to out my foreign SIM card inside my phone as well as my AT&T SIM card, as I am going to my home country in a few days. I just realized I do know have the SIM card tray for two SIM cards… can I buy it? How does it work?

The only iPhones that accept 2 physical SIM cards are those sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

All others take a single SIM and have a built in e-SIM. You can move your AT&T service to the e-SIM so that you can use another SIM in the physical SIM slot, but check to see if your phone is actually unlocked before you try to use another SIM in it.
