I am trying to repeat a header accross all pages of my document, I have checked 'show header & footer' and 'match previous page' but it only works for the first 4 pages and then stops repeating accross the rest of the book. Any ideas how to trouble shoot this please as I just can not figure out what the issue is!? Thanks

You will need to tell the first page of subsequent sections in your word processing document to Match previous section in the Documents > Section panel. If you don't, your header/footer treatment ends with the first section.
