Can I use Windows Laptop as a second monitor for Macbook

I have Windows Laptop and Macbook Air M1

I want to make Windows Laptop to be second monitor for Macbook (Actually Second monitor not just share mouse, clipboard, or drag file across platform)

I want Windows Laptop act as only a monitor that I can drag a program windows from Mac to the Win Laptop screen

Is it possible?

I have only USB-C to USB-C (both support this port) and the wifi network

NOT JUST MIRRORING THE SCREEN
