Delete old unused appleID

I must have created an Apple ID with another email address years ago . It is not linked to my account and also to no phone number but I can’t remember the security question so I can’t log in to delete the account. Is there any other way to delete it?

However, just as Apple will need for you to prove that you are the true owner of an account as they did with your security questions, so they will for you to do any action on your account including deleting it.
