Iphone XR email addressing problem

My friend has an iPhone XR with 14.6 installed--when he goes to forward an email and tries to add more than 10 addresses it locks up or freezes---(yes, we know he could use a group in Contacts to collect all addresses but he doesn't always send to same group)--unlike on my iPhone SE with 14.6 this email app on the XR lists the emails he choses in a vertical column--on my SE it lists the emails horizontally and will take more than 10 addresses when I am forwarding an email--

From you post, we understand that your friend is unable to add additional email addresses when using the Mail app on his iPhone. We'd be glad to help out. First make sure to restart your iPhone. Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues.

Next while you mentioned u could use the groups in Contacts, just for testing purposes does this work without any issues?
