Sending videos

You can check the size of attachments from Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Review Large Attachments. From there, you can check to see if these videos are less than 20 MB.

If your videos are smaller and are still being sent as links, we recommend contacting Apple Support. You can reach out from Get Support or using the direct phone number for your region from Contact Apple for support and service.

This could be due to the video size. If an attachment is larger than 20 MB it will be replaced with a link. We found this information in Share photos and videos on iCloud.com.

How are you sending the video when this happens? For example, are you copying a link or sharing using the share sheet? Is this a video from your camera roll or where?
