Power Backup UPS For imac 27inch

I use a Cyberpower sine wave UPS but others work as well. All depends on how much power you need based on the number of hardware connected. I have 1500VA UPS that supports a 27" iMac, printer, router, modem and external DVD drive. That size is actually over kill. You need to add up all the hardware requirements then determine the size needed. Next time I will stay with 1000VA or less.

I use the Cyberpower 2200VA for my iMac, router, network switch, WiFi WAP, and second display. I have many hours for internet access even if the power goes out (ISP fiber is not on the same power grid).

All wireless devices remains online even with power out.

I also use an APC 1000VA for my Mini with 2 displays.

I use either APC or Tripp Lite. Both were in the power management business long before personal computers were a thing. APC started in 1981 and Tripp Lite in 1922 (!).

I've never had an issue with either, and we've had personal computers since 1983.
