Phone calls

For the last couple of days, when my phone rings the call is quickly cut off and it says that my call was answered on another device. However i have no other apple products that’s connected to my Apple Id. How can i stop this from happening ?

Any idea why my iPhone keeps saying answered on other device I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. When I get calls it rings one time and says call ended. When I go to my log it say answered on other device. I don’t have forwarding call on phone setting. I’ve reset setting and network settings. Focus is off. My Mac is turned off that’s the only thing sharing my apple id

Calls being “answered on another device” I wanted to re-open a forum about this because it never had a conclusive/solvent ending. I have recently started having my phone calls on my IPhone 8 “answered on another device” of some stranger. I’ve already called Apple about this and they told me to call Verizon because they didn’t know how to fix it. I believe I’ve seen others with different carriers that are having the same problem. I’ve really tried all I can in terms of deactivating different things on my phone.

Turn it off

If it continues, contact your network provider to turn off, or lengthen the ring time in, call divert.
