Samsung smart tv

For every other movie my tv plays perfectly but I’ve purchased the Cruella movie and only the audio plays with a black screen.

ive done a reset on the app and my tv and the movie is still no good.

It does play fine for the first 5mins before the picture goes black.

I also tested on other movies which all play fine.

4K HDR Movie Dark Screen With Sound We just purchased Cruella in 4K HDR on our Samsung TV through the Apple TV App. It started out fine for 10 minutes then the screen went black but still has the sound. I’ve fast forwarded it through the entire movie and it’s the same way.

I have a smart tv and I am using the Apple TV app. When I access the app, the screen is black with no sound. Suggestions? I have a Sony smart tv with an Apple TV app. When I click on the app, I get a black screen with no sound. I watch a show with no problem two days ago. Suggestions?
