Ok - to boot into " Internet Recovery Mode " - It would be Best to connect to Router via a cable from computer to Router. Reason - eliminates the Wifi connection plus much faster and reliable than Wifi. That said - immediately at startup hold Command + Option + r ( three key combination. ) Depending on speed of Apple Servers and your internet speed - the Apple Globe will appear and starting loading. It could be slow but if all goes successfully - it will totally load.

Once it does, look along the top Menu Bar for Utilities >> View >> View all attached drives. on the left. We are looking for the Upper Most Drive called Apple SSD or maybe Apple Media. That is the drive to Erase and format as HFS Journaled with the GUID Partition Map. Erase it and then back out of Disk Utilities and choose Install Mac X. This will download the Full Installer and start the installation process. It may automatically reboot several time and eventually reboot and present the Setup Assist.

How to erase an Intel-based Mac as per Apple Instructions - I did this already.

How to reinstall macOS as per Apple Instructions - I tried doing this too but for I’m struggling with this part “If the installer doesn't see your disk, or it says that it can't install on your computer or volume, you might need to erase your disk first.” - I already erased my disk; shared you a picture of what else is there. Macintosh HD is no longer there.

Can you have a look at the image please and maybe let me know what needs to be done next?

https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201314#internet - My mac is able to do this. It’s just that when I click reinstall Mac OS, disk where to install wouldn’t appear
