About a week ago, I began to get a server error when trying to access Hotmail thru Safari (see image below). Then Hotmail locked me out. After going thru the **** of recovering my account, I STILL got the error. Hotmail does open in Firefox now - thankfully.
I have deleted the cookies associated with Hotmail in Safari and STILL get the error. Please help!

1. Quit Safari, launch Safari holding the Shift key down.

this is like a low level resetting of Safari without affecting passwords and bookmarks.
