My battery health is 93

Games can require a lot of processing power both for the CPU and the graphics processor. It will put more stress on the battery and drain it faster. It will also shorten the battery life the harder you use it.

If you're concerned about it harming the battery, then plug it in to a charger when you're gaming, it will draw power from the charger, not the battery.

93% is still a decent score, nothing to be worried about.

When it reaches 80% you should get it replaced.
