Macbook showing spinning globe on startup

My MacBook showed the question mark screen. After I followed the steps from the support page, it asked me to log in to my wifi, on doing this, it displays a spinning globe. It's been like this for almost over an hour. Please what can I do to fix this?

I had done a factory reset and finished loading my startup disk, but I encountered an error when I tried to install macOS.

I will really appreciate your help with this. Thank You.
