All selectable workout types seen on the watch are not visible on the phone. This breaks automations. Starting a workout type on the watch that is. Or also shown on the phone will not trigger the automation. Why are ALL workout types not show on the phone?
Traditional Strength Training is selected on the watch.
I t is not shown on the list of workout types on the phone.
Hence, the following automation does not trigger.

I would consider that a bug with regard to the shortcuts/automation functionality.
The automation cannot be triggered by workout types not visible on the iPhone. What is worse, however, is that the “any workout” trigger is also not functional for “any workout” as the name implies, but only those displayed on the iphone.
You cannot see all the workout types on the phone,what you see there is a list of workout types that you can change the metrics for in the workout view on the watch.
