can't hear out of AirPods but it is loud for others
there is very minimal sound coming out of my AirPods but it is very loud for everyone else.

We understand that you hear very low volume from your AirPods, but others hear it very loud. Is it possible that the AirPods are not working and what you hear as very low sound is actually coming from the speakers. Others hear it quite loudly, but you do not as the AirPods are muffling it? Can you still hear the sound if you remove the AirPods from your ears?
Let us know this and we can go from there.
