My iphone cant do (reset all setting)

Today, i woke up and my dad's iphone was lagging i thought because it was old (iphone 6 plus) but what i see is quite strange. Here's my problem , the iphone doesn't give me any networks , plus i tried to shut it down but iy doesn't work either. So i guess that i should reset all setting however i cant click the reset button . Because when i click on reset nothing appear it only lag then get out of the settings . Please can anyone help me

You mentioned that you attempted to shut down and restart the iPhone, correct? Were you able to do so successfully, or did the iPhone not fully power down and restart?

If you were unable to complete a standard restart, we can recommend performing a force restart following the instructions in this guide:

We see in the image that there is physical damage to the display. If any portion of the display isn't responding to touch input, it may cause unexpected behavior such as what you're seeing in the Settings app. In that case, we would recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly to inquire about available service options for your father's iPhone.
