Upgrading to Iphone12 and some of my apps will not complete install

I recently upgraded from IphoneX to Iphone 12 but some of my apps will not finish installing. It is possible they were purchased under DH’s Apple ID, but now I have my own. However, we have family sharing so and DH is primary acct, so I should have access to apps purchased on his Apple ID. Does anyone know how to get these partially downloaded apps completely installed on new phobe?
