My airpods don’t flash white when i hold it down
I have reset them many times, and i pressed forget device again because they weren’t working and when i tried to connect them back, they didn’t show up on the “other devices” list when i held the button down. no white light shows when i hold down the button on the back.

It sounds like you're unable to pair your AirPods with your device. Will they pair with another device? Here's how to connect them with non iOS devices: Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices.
Since a reset didn't help, follow these steps to see if anything changes: If your AirPods won't connect.
For iOS devices, be sure your software is updated to the latest version. It is also a good idea to restart your device and try pairing again.

To pair your AirPods, it will pop up on your screen as a window rather than standard Bluetooth pairing in the Bluetooth menu.
If you're still unable to pair them with the steps above, try resetting them next: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro.

Thank you for your quick reply and helpful information. But when i hold down the pairing button on the back of my airpods, It doesn’t show up on the devices list. Also, no white light shows inside the case.
