I need to access a note that is locked and I can not remember the password. Is there any way to retrieve the information?

I have all my personal information in a note that I locked. I was using Face ID to unlock it But I changed my Face ID or tried to add my face with mask on as it was not accepting when I qr coded into premises. (Thought I was being smart!) now I am locked out and unable to access really vital information. I know I am an idiot but is there anyway I can get the information. It says Apple can’t help but I am sure I am not the first nor the last to have this happen so any help would be appreciated.

There is no way to recover locked notes without the note password. You can create a new password, but that will only apply to new notes. When you created the password initially it was recommended that you create a password hint. Did you do that?
