iPhone storage not adding up

Hi.

I had a video the size of 63GB I needed for a project. After I had finished. I deleted the video and from recently deleted.

when I add up all of my apps it should be 75GB including storage taken up from the system but I remember it being a lot lower before recording the video.

I know it should be lower because my phone has 128GB of storage and 75GB + 63GB is 138 which is more storage than my phone has even with ICloud, although my iPhone still says 101GB used.

Can anyone please explain why this is happening and how to fix it.
