Cellular data not working on iPad

My IPad 6th gen WiFi/cellular running iOS 14.6 stopped being able to use cell data for a week I’ve reset network settings turned off cellular data switched from LTE to 4G turned off low data and powered it off and on I even used my iPhone as a mobile hotspot I have unlimited data thru ATT on both the phone and iPad my phone still has cellular data but my iPad hasn’t been connecting no matter what I try it receives calls I literally just can’t go online or use Apps such as YouTube

We understand that you're having some issues connecting to the Internet with your iPad while it's using Cellular Data. We also see that you've completed a lot of troubleshooting, but the issue persists.


Have you also been able to install the latest carrier bundle? If you haven't, go ahead and use this guide to do that now.


If you happen to have any VPN or network security software installed on the iPad, go ahead and remove that and then test to see if it works.

We also suggest contacting your carrier to make sure your account for the iPad is provisioned correctly.
