App icons became squared instead of rounded randomly
On my iphone 12 mini on iOs 14.6 similar to
I tried forced restart, doesn't work. Any idea? I re-installed non-native apps, but phone and app store have square icons.

If we understand correctly, by the screenshot, some of your icons are square and some have rounded corners. We can understand why you’d reach out for a solution. To start, do you have any accessibility features enabled, such as Zoom, Display & Text size? We would recommend backing up your device, either to iCloud or Computer. Check the storage on both the device and iCloud. Once backup completes, we would suggest slide to power off. Leave off for couple minutes before restarting.
