My phone won’t connect to WiFi yet I have tried everything I have read online.

i Have read a bunch of stuff online to try to connect my phone to WiFi but everything doesn’t work, we just got a new router and a new WiFi password but every time I click on it it’s says “unable to join the network” even though I have restarted my phone a few times and reset the network settings and location settings seeing if that works but nothing has worked. Thought it was the wifi but every other device is connecting fine
