Need to reset in order to get back-up on iphone??

Hi - I have a new work iPhone with a new SIM card. On this new iphone my company email is already set up, and now I would like to transfer all pictures, contacts, notes etc from my old iPhone. I have done a back-up of all on my old iPhone, but how do I get this back-up to the new iphone, does it require that I delete/reset all on the new iPhone? If so will it then also delete my new company from the Management Profile on the iPhone?

Yes it does belong to my employer, and I understand your concern, but it is the only phone I’ll have going forward (as I’ll return my old iPhone to my previous employer), which is quite normal in DK to have a work phone on which you have your pictures etc.

So do I need to reset my new iPhone in order to get the back-up “downloaded”?
