Both of the AirPods do not work at the same time- either the left one works or the right one. I have tried resetting them, have reconnected after "forget device" under bluetooth and still nothing.

both of my AirPods dont connect at the same time. Either the left one works, or the right one works. I have tried "forget this device" under Bluetooth connections, and have reset them. Still they both dont work together.
