Issue with personal hotspot

I have iPhone X and could not use personal hotspot. iOS version 14.6. Contacted my carrier and they Advice’s that it is issue with latest update of ios

The screenshot you posted, states your phone isn't provisioned to use hotspot and to contact Vivacom to enable it on your device, this is not an Apple issue.

Call your phone carrier back.
