Apple don't give me a good service, can i request the complete replacement?

macbook pro died My 2019 MacBook Pro died suddenly. Nothing was wrong one day, and the next day it died. Is this a common experience? I have (still) a very slow 2010 MacBook. Nothing like this has happened to me before. I have a number of devices and this is the worst. Are the new ones any better?

The device just died I was using my MBP16 with MS-Teams and in the middle of the biggest investor meeting I have had yet, it just died. The On-call tech told me to do an SMC reset as well as general troubleshooting steps. No avail. The best brand in the world has the least reliable machines. Now India does not have official Apple care centers. Authorized service centers do a shoddy job at best. This was my first apple and my last. But in the meantime, if anyone has had something similar where there is No power No chime No fan noises Kindly help me with any viable solutions. The product is in warranty, but all the service providers are closed.

Why did you not do something about it 20 days ago?

Depending on where you bought it, it would have been within

a return and replacement window (usually 14 days). Now that

you are only getting around to it at a month after purchase,

your only option is to return for repair.
