Airplays 2 Wireless audio lag/sync problems answered

I know this is an old thread, but I figured it out, at least it worked for me. I had a lag when playing on my computer speakers and my appletv at the same time. Go to settings on your Apple TV. Select video and audio. At the bottom under calibration, select wireless audio sync. It will have you bring your iPhone close to the tv and will calibrate all the audio lag. I then tried playing again from my computer and the Apple TV and the problem was fixed! Almost no lag at all!
