2x Mobile Phones

I have a work mobile phone and a personal mobile phone, I use the same icloud/apple login for both. I have just noticed that recently on the phones, the call log shows phone calls/numbers received or missed on the other phone. How do I go about stopping this?

How to stop getting calls from someone on my iPhone? I have been receiving phone calls every day over and over again and I’ve been hung up on several times. I know Apple never calls people about there iCloud account. Stop using the same Apple ID on each of them.
