Camera beeping

I appear to have bought an Japanese iPhone 12 Pro which is annoying because you can not turn the camera onto quiet. Is there any way to stop the beeping sound before and after you take a video and the beep after taking a photo?. I know that if you put it on live mode the shutter sound stops but what about the beep. I have tried the silent button and the volume down but still a beep. It is so annoying!!!

There are many countries where putting camera shutters to silent is illegal for e.g. Japan

Hence if you have bought an iPhone from any of these countries (Japan), you cannot put it off.
