AppleTV app on iPad…

… sometimes opens with showing only the download screen. There is no way to change to other screens of this app!

Restarting the Pad does not help…

It looks this bug persists since 2019. The latest „upgrade“ of iOS did not solve the problem.

Are there any solutions I might have missed?

Verify internet connectivity. The TV app loads dynamic content from online servers, so app functionality will be reduced if not connected to the internet.
