MacBook Air screen randomly stopped working?

i haven’t touched my MacBook Air in a couple of days, but went to use it and I get a white fuzzy screen which then turns into a pinkish screen.

I’ve tried to reset it multiple times but to no avail, even trying the NVRAM reset which gives the same results.

My family assures me that nobody has touched it or has there been any liquid damage.

Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? I’m guessing my next course of action should be taking it in for repair rather than trying to fix it at home?
