Location listed as Permanently Closed on Apple Maps - but we are open.

The clinic I work for is listed as permanently closed on Apple Maps - but we are open and fully operational with our regular hours. Several members of our team have reported it as open, but it is still listed as closed.

How can we change this? People are not showing up for appointments and when we call they say they saw that we were closed on Maps. It's hurting our business.
