Where can I download a 32 bit version of Final Cut Pro for my macOS Mojave 10.14.6 ?
I do not want to upgrade because I have Lightroom 32 bit version and do not want to pay extra for the new version.
Apple only sells the current version. You would have it purchase it using a recent OS. Once you’ve made the purchase you can then download the version for Mojave.
As Tom says, you can't purchase previous versions of FCP. Purchase it on a recent OS, then go to your Mojave machine, launch the App Store, then login with the AppleID you used to purchase FCP. Click your name in the bottom-left corner and all of your purchased apps and the last version of FCP that will work for Mojave will be available for download.
