Extremely annoying issue with passcode lock where it asks for a longer than 6 digit passcode

Thank you for replying quickly! This is a personal phone, my work email is linked to the Outlook email app. No one else knows my password, even after I had reset it and changed the passcode after the first time.

That's a good point, I'll email them and see! Would it still happen even if my email account is a google account but is just congregated into the same app?

Thank you! I'm wondering if there's anyway to figure out the password without having to reset a second time around as I don't want to lose everything again.
