Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I'm trying to follow the instructions laid out in the promotion from Apple, but Verizon isn't particularly helpful in finding the promotional application on their website. Is there anything Apple can do to aid in obtaining this mysterious application? $200 isn't much compared to the cost of my iPad Pro, but but the promotion did play a part in my decision to purchase.
We are all other users here, so we do not know if Apple can assist, but:

Looks like you need to buy it from Apple and then get a plan from Verizon.
Apple does not participate here; these are user to user forums.

What promo code did you use? Verizon couldn’t provide a code that applied to the iPad Pro 5G, only the 4G LTE.
I had a 4g lte tablet I think the code was unlockbyob200 I'm not sure though I entered it as the agent gave it to me

Nowhere in the terms does it say 4G LTE iPad models only. The denial when submitting for the 5G model is the first indication.
