I just upgraded my phone from a 6S to the XS and transferred all my data from the iCloud to my phone. However, my contacts did not transfer (I confirmed they are on iCloud). In addition, I can't get my settings screen out of the Apple ID Suggestions screen (see attached image). Nothing happens when I hit the back arrow or "continue". Please help.
