Set hourly limit for app usage on Screen Time

I can use Screen Time on my iPhone to set a daily limit, but it doesn't let me do it on an hourly basis (e.g. 5 minutes every hour, as opposed to every day). Is there a setting or a third-party app that allows to set this kind of limit?

App limits continually disappear in Screen Time I have four kids with devices. All are updated to latest software. I have app limits set for all of them. Almost daily I go in and find that the app limits just disappear. Screen Time is basically useless in our house. Please fix this!
