BBC weather app

BBC weather app not working all the time have tried posted fixes still not 100%. Have noted bbc weather app is not shown in background refresh list any ideas? Using iPhone 8

If you are experiencing a problem with an app, and you have tried fixes, then contact the app developer for support. The BBC weather app is a 3rd party app, and they support their own apps, not Apple.
