Music stops every time I receive a notification on my Apple Watch

When I am listening music on my iPhone using my Beats Flex, every time I receive a notification on my Apple Watch the music stops because the iPhone automatically connects to the watch. I have to manually connect my Beats Flex back to my iPhone again! Is there a way I could stop my watch from connecting to my Apple Watch automatically and disconnecting my Beats Flex?

I have already tried resetting my Beats.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Greeting Trella03,

From your post we can see that the notifications your Apple Watch is receiving is interfering with your connect to your Beats Flex.

This should help: See and respond to notifications on Apple Watch After reviewing the guide, you'll want to focus on the sections "Choose how notifications are delivered" and "Silence all notifications on Apple Watch". This will help you decide which works best for you and the way you'd like to use your devices together.

We hope this helps!

Unfortunately this did not help. I am noticing that my Beats FLEX paused and disconnect for any notification I get. So if the notification is on my phone or my watch I get this same issue. My phone is on vibrate/silent so my notification do not make any noises. It can be a FB message, text message, bank alert notification... anything will make this disconnection happen.
