How do I solve the "panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff801ad85bc4)"

My mac iMac 5K 2014 with BigSur 11.2.1 will freeze three times a day and show a "We had to restart your computer because of a problem," then this Problem Report appears on the scree:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff801ad85bc4): "wire_count == 0, m = 0xffffff803dcdc030, obj = 0xffffff80547e0400\n"@/AppleInternal/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-7195.81.3/osfmk/vm/vm_pageout.c:7572

Backtrace (CPU 0), Frame : Return Address

Any suggestions as to what might be causing it and how to fix it?

Could be third party kernel extensions or a hardware fault.

For the former, uninstall them. For the latter, take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Repair Center.

You can post the rest of the log in the Additional Text area, here.

If you boot into Safe Mode and the panics stop, then it is a third-party kernel extension.

Please post one or more panic reports

Finder -> Go (menu) -> Go to folder -> /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

Command-Shift-Period will show invisible files. Look for files that end in the word .panic or .contents.panic and post them in an Additional Text box

Press Command-Shift-Period to hid the Finder invisible files again.

Above is correct.

Ensure you have a complete and current backup, as your first priority.

Try Diagnostics > Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

Also consider an update to macOS 11.4.
