Iphone 11 - right side of phone won't work

The whole right side of my screen quit working on my Iphone 11. Have tried resetting keyboard settings, run updates and reset as much as possible without clearing everything on my phone. Any suggestions?

Try resetting just the settings. Go to settings, general, press reset, and press reset all settings.

DO NOT PRESS RESET ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS!
