Continuous display Error

It's been 5 months of purchase, I keep getting this display problem once a day.

I've proceeded SMC & NVRAM, according to apple support, nonetheless, it is still occurring.

Additionally,

So far, my Macbook pro has crashed 9 times since the purchase.

1. While running Illustrator / file size 180MB
2. While working between Illustrator & Photoshop / file size 80 MB & 20 MB
3. While running illustrator, crashed after clicking USB in Finder / file size 120MB
4. While watching Youtube
5. While running Photoshop, after hitting the save shortcut key. / file size 40MB
6. While transferring files between finders / really simple transfer nothing heavy

Once, the speaker sounds too small when turned on max. Was fine after rebooting.

What's the issue here?
