Desk Top disappeared

We see you're having issues with all items from the Mac's desktop being missing. We'd be happy to see if we can help get to the bottom of that.

First, double-check that you haven't accidentally logged into the Guest User account on the Mac.

If you're logged into the correct account, and you believe you were using the iCloud Desktop and Documents feature, check to ensure that this feature is enabled. Details on that feature, and how to enable it are here: Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive
