If you use iCloud Photos, delay\ting them from you iPhone will also delete them own you Mac. If you transferred then using the steps in the 'Import to your Mac' section of:
Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
then you should be able to delete them on your iPhone without deleting them on your Mac.
