Sounds detection problem

After I purchased my v8 sound card from online platform, when I plugged in to my Macbook air 13' (2017), it showed nothing. Although I browsing the youtube video regarding this problem, but what they are showing is get the answer from Audio Midi Setup. But what I got after following their step is still nothing. So, is there any experienced can help me please...
